Thought, feeling, behaviour make a person unique. Personality arises from within the individual and remain fairly consistent throughout life. Personality determine the career path a person choose. Several studies have shown that people who hold jobs with characteristics and tasks related to their personality are more productive, happier, and make more money. We use the Big-5 tool to determine personality.

Big-5 model is also known as Five Factor Model(FFM). The five factors are as follows…
