Everybody has a different learning style. People learn at their own pace and style. Neel D Fleming and Coleen E Mills proposed the VARK Theory in 1992.VARK is the acronym for Visual, Auditory, Reading/Writing and Kinaesthetic. If we can identify the learning style in an individual then taking corrective measure then can improve his or her academic outcome.
